Unakite is a great stone to bring balance into your life. It can be used to help release heavy emotions or negativity in the body. Made of an altered granite (pink feldspar, green epidote), Unakite can help balance your emotions in times of depression or insomnia. It can also help you to process what is no longer working for you. If you are feeling scattered or have difficulties maintaining boundaries, then Unakite will help to balance those emotions and calm the mind/spirit.

Unakite comes in a variety of colors such as red, orange, yellow, white but it is most seen as green with pink. This allows it to be associated with two different chakras: the heart chakra (to balance emotions) and the third eye chakra (for vision and scrying).

Unakite can be cleansed or charged using Selenite/Satin Spar, salt or sunlight.
