Mini Towers-Pistachio Calcite

Pistachio Calcite is a bright, beautiful form of Green Calcite, which is a form of carbonate formed through sedimentation. Its pretty green color comes from chlorite that gets trapped during crystallization. It generally comes in soft green shades and can be translucent yet dense, with bandings of yellow, pale and dark greens, as well as pale green/blues.

Pistachio Calcite’s soft green color is generally associated with the heart chakra, but it can also be associated with the throat chakra as well. This stone can help to open your heart to energies of compassion and understanding. Due to its softness, I would not recommend keeping this stone in your pocket or with other stones as it may be damaged. Its not a stone that enjoys being cleansed or charge via sunlight or water, as it can become brittle or the color can fade. Being a form of Calcite, it can quickly absorb negative energy and likes to be cleansed after each use. I recommend cleansing or charging by using smudging or moonlight.
